Job summary

HME is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our 100% remote call center. This role supports customers and installers with operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation guidance. You will promote strong customer relations and help resolve issues by phone.

Candidates must be willing to work a flexible 40-hour week, reside in AZ, FL, TX, MO, or CA, and training will be provided. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, vacation, holidays, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• 12 months of customer service and/or troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven excellent attendance history in prior roles.
• Proficient with email, MS Office, and customer databases.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and installers.
• Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support.
• Promote and maintain positive customer relations.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair support over the telephone.
• Instruct installers and customers in equipment installation and maintenance.
• Administer service programs to address service issues.
• Dispatch installers for onsite service when needed.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs and records.
• Identify and recommend product improvements.
• Training will be provided.
