Formación

• Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service or troubleshooting in a call center or office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven excellent attendance history at previous jobs.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and customer databases.
• Flexibility with work shifts including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls from customers and installers.
• Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support.
