Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about operation and configuration of the Optos Panoramic200.
• Troubleshoot network problems: connectivity, wireless, VPN/broadband, and non-reporting issues.
• Log interactions into the CRM system.
• Escalate hardware or critical issues to field teams.
• Remotely install and troubleshoot software and upgrades; remove viruses.
• Research issues to identify trends for early repair.
• Perform data migration on customer computers.
• Work 40 hours per week with EST shifts; one Saturday every four weeks.
