Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Software Support Consultant to work from home, serving as the main contact for client queries about our EDI software package. You will listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Daily tasks include phone, email, and online support; ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and clear communication; acting as a software SME for implementation and configuration; documenting issues and

Qualifications

12+ months in a customer-facing role (helpdesk or application support).
Based in the Twin Cities/Minneapolis, MN suburbs.
Able to provide professional, friendly, and polite customer service through multiple channels.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Willing to learn new software quickly.
EDI knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Phone, email, and online user support
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and quality communication.
Serve as a software subject matter expert to assist clients with implementation and configuration.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and share information across the team.
Actively search for solutions to problems
Conduct user training as required via online platforms.
Assist with data migration and client implementation as required.
