Starkey Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Technical Support Representative in Eden Prairie, MN. This role handles calls from professionals and consumers on hearing devices, accessories, and connectivity, with training and policy clarification across platforms including phone, email, and chat.

The position offers remote work eligibility and a schedule that includes Saturdays and four weekdays with flexible timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems; hardware knowledge.
• Experience in a customer service environment; hearing aid manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet Key Performance Indicators as defined by Management.
• Provide personalized service and use management as a problem-solving resource.
• Attend regional or corporate training sessions before product releases and complete internal training.
• Communicate consumer feedback and needs through management; understand and respond to consumer needs with timely, well-thought-out feedback.
