Starkey HearCare in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Customer Service Technical Support Representative to assist professionals and consumers with hearing devices, accessories, wireless connectivity, and product training. You'll handle inquiries across phone, email, web chat, and messaging, delivering service with passion, purpose, and excellence.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, taking part in product pre-release training, collecting consumer feedback, and providing timely, thoughtful responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems and hardware knowledge and experience required. Minimum 1-year
• Experience working in a customer service environment required
• 2-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area
