The Customer Service Technical Support Representative handles challenging calls on hearing devices, accessories, wireless connectivity, and product training, upholding company policies and a positive team culture.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android OS and hardware knowledge. Minimum 1 year.
• Customer service experience required.
• 2–4 years of related field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized service to exceed consumer expectations.
• Use management as a problem-solving resource.
• Set up a reference system to prevent recurring questions.
• Attend regional or corporate training sessions before each product release.
