Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems and hardware knowledge.
• Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet Key Performance Indicators as defined by Management.
• Provide personalized service and problem solve for consumers.
• Attend training sessions each pre-product release and complete internal training.
• Communicate consumer feedback to management and understand consumer needs.
• Respond to requests from management within timelines and provide actionable feedback for training.
• Maintain a positive disposition and collaborate with colleagues.
