Job summary

Ting Labs is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a fully remote role across the United States. You will support Ting customers by phone and email, document issues, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to resolve technical problems.

The role requires an associate degree or related certification and at least two years in technical or customer support, with willingness to rotate nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or valid certification in a related field.
• 2 years' work experience in a technical support or customer support role.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Ting customers by phone and email.
• Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for internal and external use.
• Act as liaison to ensure smooth operations and service delivery to all customers and partners.
• Identify, report, and document technical issues to help isolate and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the Engineering team with testing software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause.
• Perform other duties as required.
