ADT is seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to assist residential and small business customers via phone. You will guide customers through troubleshooting steps, provide education, and promote virtual/self-serve options when possible.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to de-escalate situations while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
