Job summary

ADT is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls and provide first-point troubleshooting for alarm and home-automation issues. You will guide customers through steps, educate them on solutions, and keep interactions empathetic and productive.

This is a remote, full-time role offering a starting wage of $17/hour with potential increases to $20/hour after 180 days. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and empathize with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for alarm and home-automation issues.
• Troubleshoot using guided workflows to resolve issues over the phone.
• Educate customers and de-escalate when needed.
• Coordinate scheduling for onsite technicians when required, prioritizing virtual options.
