Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide installation support to customers via scheduled calls.

• Demonstrate knowledge of ADT products to customers.
• Educate customers on system functionality for best use.
• Suggest additional security and home automation options.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Remote Service or Field partners.
