PBS Systems is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for our DIP division. This fully remote role accepts candidates from anywhere in the USA and focuses on delivering timely technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer-focused support via email, SMS, and phone.

You will work with Salesforce and internal tools to ensure high-quality service. As a primary contact for clients, you will resolve issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and escalate complex cases as needed, contributing

Qualifications

• Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery.
• Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency.
• Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing.
