Job summary

Procore is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to join its global support team. You’ll assist customers by email, chat, and phone while collaborating across teams to deliver effective solutions and an excellent experience.

This fully remote role reports to the Manager, Customer Support and is based within 30 miles of Austin, TX or Denver, CO. Procore supports professional growth and offers diverse opportunities over time.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker, assessed.
• 1+ years in contact center or technical support, or 2+ years in related customer support.
• Communicate optimistically, clearly, and professionally with clients; assessment-based verification.
• Eager to learn quickly, stay agile, adapt to product changes, follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by handling cases via phone, chat, and email to help customers use Procore.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and find answers through available resources.
• Educate customers on Procore's software, business model, and integrations to optimize use.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as schedule adherence, quality coaching, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution.
• Collaborate with Procore SMEs and departments to resolve complex issues and drive cases to resolution.
