Job summary

Procore is seeking a Customer Success Engineer I for the SMB Team, focused on post-sales success and long-term adoption of a shared book of business. You will guide customers in construction-tech best practices and maximize value from Procore's platform, partnering with Sales, PS, Support, Product and Marketing.

This remote role reports to the Manager, Customer Success and supports customers in the greater Austin area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/ME/IS/CS preferred.
• 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
• 1+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred.
• Ability to master Procore's product offerings and business model.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize Procore value for customers.
• Craft value-based presentations addressing customer problems and adoption of Procore.
• Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
• Drive product demonstrations and coordinate multiple resources.
• Maintain high responsiveness and client communication.
• Mentor fellow Procorians and foster positive team culture.
• Collaborate across organization to develop best practices.
