Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Engineer I on the SMB Team to drive post-sales implementation success and long-term adoption of Procore. You’ll act as product champion and partner with Sales, PS, Support, Product and Marketing to maximize value for construction customers.

You will deliver data-driven recommendations, run in-product demonstrations, and provide roadmap updates to ensure customer success and business gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS preferred.
• 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience.
• 1+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize Procore value for customers.
• Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems.
• Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
