Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• At least 1 year in a contact center or 2+ years in related customer support.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing product updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-contact resolutions across phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose root causes.
• Educate customers on Procore’s software and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data security.
