Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk.
Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and MS Office; hardware/networking knowledge preferred.
Advanced English fluency in speech and writing.
Ability to work remotely from Ukraine and align with US hours (12:00pm–4:00am, Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems and identify root causes.
Communicate clearly to ensure every interaction is positive and productive.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
Maintain and update systems to ensure optimal performance for customers in a fast-paced environment.
Own the outcome and follow issues through resolution while meeting performance metrics.
Build technical knowledge of company products and troubleshooting processes; learn new tools.
Leverage AI tools to summarize interactions, identify actions, and improve responses.
