Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot a range of hardware and software issues from a home office in the United States. You’ll solve complex problems, document actions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong English communication, and experience in customer service or technical support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Majors in electronics, networking or computers are encouraged.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them to customers.
• Experience in customer service or phone/call center is beneficial.
• Strong time management and independent work capability.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with logical, detail‑oriented approach.
• Collaborate with team to resolve or escalate product issues.
• Provide on-site support for service projects when required.
• Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external users.
• Record detailed troubleshooting notes in Salesforce for each interaction.
• Participate in after-hours rotation for 24/7 support when needed.
• Pursue ongoing training on new products and systems.
