Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a technical customer support specialist for a fully remote role serving US clients. You will guide end users of Veeva’s software on best practices, resolve issues, and maintain productive client relationships.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with familiarity in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in clinical research or Veeva Vault is a plus but not required.
