Job summary

Comagine Health in Seattle, Washington seeks a Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, and access in a primarily Windows environment. You will serve as the first point of contact, manage help desk tickets, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to keep employees productive and secure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience providing technical support.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving common hardware, software, and end-user technology issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to independently manage multiple support requests, prioritize tasks, and meet established service expectations.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Provide remote technical assistance for Windows-based computers, peripherals, and end-user technology.
• Document, prioritize, track, and resolve technical support requests using the help desk system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation and knowledge resources.
