Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience providing technical support or troubleshooting Windows-based systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for common hardware, software, and end-user issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with nontechnical users.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and meet service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Provide remote technical assistance for Windows-based computers and peripherals.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve requests using the help desk system and escalate when needed.
