Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Analyst for remote work with a three-week on-site training period at our Mission, KS headquarters. You will handle incoming customer calls, open service requests, and resolve technical issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Requires at least an Associate’s degree in engineering/tech or Bachelor’s degree, or 2 years related experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal French communication.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge; routine desktop and peripheral troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Maintain, upgrade, or replace software systems and provide hardware support.
• Maintain user account information including rights, security, and groups; keep knowledge of ScriptPro systems up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
