Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience for senior/staff+ roles.
• Expert boolean/x-ray search skills and fluency with sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to consult with hiring managers on scope, leveling, and strategy.
• Excellent outreach and candidate engagement with strong candidate experience.
• Self-motivated with autonomy over multiple concurrent reqs.
• Comfort with AI tools and AI-assisted search methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Recruiters and Engineering Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for engineering roles.
• Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where top technical talent lives.
• Drive outreach and initial candidate engagement for concurrent, hard-to-fill reqs.
• Consult on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy with stakeholders.
• Present sourcing strategy and market insights to cross-functional partners.
• Calibrate candidate profiles with recruiters using funnel data and time-to-fill metrics.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through interview handoff.
• Contribute to sourcing process improvements and tooling across the team.
