PENN Interactive is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with HR, TA and engineering teams to build a robust pipeline of technical talent across the enterprise. You will influence decisions using competitive intel, metrics, and strategic sourcing plans.

The role supports remote work within the United States and Canada, aligned with Eastern Time hours, and is a temporary position slated through the end of 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment (corporate and agency)
• Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong relationship management, candidate management, and sourcing skills
• Ability to understand technology stacks and their fit in product lines
• Out-of-the-box sourcing and candidate experience
• Track record of managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of ATS tools: UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever

Responsibilities

• Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles and beyond
• Advise hiring managers using competitive intel, funnel metrics and business intelligence
• Brainstorm, plan and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Devise, refine and manage a sourcing plan for current and future staffing needs
• Work with HRIS and ATS to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants and run reports
• Other duties as required
