Job summary

People Culture Talent is seeking a Technical Sourcer who excels at researching and identifying engineers, data scientists, and tech leaders for startups to pre-IPO companies. This fully remote role requires 4–5 hours of overlap in PT business hours to coordinate with clients and teams.

You’ll own candidate research, multi-channel sourcing, personalized outreach, market insights, and pipeline development while collaborating closely with recruiters to form inclusive, high-quality candidate pools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify technical professionals across roles.
• Experience reaching out to professionals in recruiting, sales, BD, or research roles.
• Excellent written English for crafting outreach messages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build candidate profiles.
• Comfort with remote work and self-management.
• Willingness to learn new sourcing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Research & Identification using Gem, Juicebox, Pin and other AI sourcing tools.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing to build comprehensive candidate lists.
• Personalized Outreach with engaging messages and initial conversations.
• Market Research on companies and teams to identify candidates and landscape.
• Pipeline Building to create diverse candidate pipelines for clients.
• Initial Screening via brief calls to assess qualifications and interest.
• Sourcing Strategy Testing to improve response rates and candidate diversity.
• Collaboration with recruiters to understand role requirements and build inclusive teams.
