Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including expertise with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Sharp organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top engineering talent for one client at a time (full stack, backend, frontend, ML/AI, DevOps, platform, data engineering)
• Run deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates: LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, and outside-the-box approaches
• Get embedded in your client’s culture, both socially and professionally, not just their job description
• Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and help with hiring events
• Keep candidates in the loop and give them a genuinely good experience, even if they don’t move forward
• Log sourcing activity and pipeline in Ashby so recruiters and clients always know where things stand
