Job summary

GenScript is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager, Life Sciences Marketing to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. This remote US role reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on briefs, define target audiences, and oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to strengthen the GenScript LSG brand. A strong background in life sciences marketing and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and excellent reading/writing skills required.
• Strong market insight and strategic thinking.
• Strong organization, coordination and communication abilities to align with partners.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into marketing campaigns.
• Provide insight-driven marketing strategy and campaign planning across omni-channel content.
• Oversee internal and external content creation (visuals, A/Vs, emails, social media) per timelines and brand guidelines.
• Build GenScript LSG brand storytelling across campaigns for consistency and strategic continuity.
• Optimize campaign processes and management tools for timely production and implementation of materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis reports and optimization recommendations.
• Lead the campaigns team, fostering engagement, capability development and performance.
