You will engage surgeons and hospital teams, expand digital portfolio footprint, and drive long-term success across assigned accounts with cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires 3+ years in medical sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical field.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions (marketing, product, clinical teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work independently in a remote/field setting.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and revenue growth of Intuitive's digital portfolio in assigned territories.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and clinical teams.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, product, and clinical teams to meet objectives.
• Support product adoption through customer education, onboarding, and training.
• Develop market awareness through thought leadership and regional marketing initiatives.
