Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to execute digital strategies, expand the da Vinci platform footprint with enhanced data products, and turn opportunities into action. The role serves as a liaison between internal teams and customers, providing feedback and sharing leads to drive product utilization across accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of digital solutions and promote data products.
• Develop a qualified lead funnel with key surgeons and customers.
• Collaborate with Key Account, Clinical and Capital teams to identify digital solution leads.
• Engage prospective customers via video, email, and phone to understand their needs and communicate value.
• In-person meetings may be required as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Support regional market development events, trade shows, and other industry activities.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales and activation goals.
• Use Salesforce.com to organize activities, manage pipeline and report territory progress.
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reporting.
