Job summary

GTT is seeking a Technical Manager to own the technical integrity and lifecycle of complex customer solutions. You will act as the primary technical advocate, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with security and networking best practices.

You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Service Management to drive RFIs/RFPs, audits, and continuous improvement, with an adaptive and globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Telecommunications, MSP or enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical lifecycle of customer solutions
• Act as the primary technical point of contact
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide expertise across SD-WAN, routing and security
• Lead technical risk assessments and security reviews
• Support service reviews and continuous improvement
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and customer audits
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Service Management teams
