Job summary

GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation and activation of managed services portfolios across the Americas.

You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations and external vendors to ensure projects meet scope, timelines and customer expectations. You will drive service delivery performance, own KPIs and SLAs, and escalate risks while aligning with customer

About the Role

As Manager, Service Delivery –Project Management, you will lead, develop, and scale a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation and activation of GTT’s managed services portfolio. You will partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering customer‑facing telecommunications projects
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives

Essential Experience

• 3–5 years of telecommunications experience, including 1+ year managing direct reports
• Project management experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services
• Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD‑WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing financial forecasts, operational metrics, or vendor performance
• Background in service provider or large‑scale enterprise environments

Hours/Travel/Shift: Standard business hours; occasional travel may be required.
