Job summary

GTT Communications, Inc. seeks an Account Director to lead high-value enterprise relationships and drive revenue growth across strategic customers.

You will own account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into scalable network and security solutions. Location: ideally Boston, MA or New England region, with focus on expanding adoption of SD-WAN, SASE and cloud networking among enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of enterprise account management in B2B tech, IT services or telecom.
• Experience selling cloud networking or secure connectivity solutions (SD-WAN, SASE, WAN).
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute long term account strategies focused on retention and expansion.
• Lead executive level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned to customer priorities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account activity in CRM.
