Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team, focusing on the technical aspects of the sales process. You will work with Sales Representatives, RVPs, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants to educate and win over key technical buyers and drive product solutions.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Solutions and collaborate with the Solution Consulting team to position AI governance, security, privacy, cloud architecture, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Experience with SaaS, Human Capital Management, and enterprise software domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technology into client value and lead technical discussions.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Familiarity with security, data privacy, and AI governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Convey value proposition for customers through presentations and live demos.
• Lead discussions on how technology meets client needs, goals, and objectives.
• Understand customer's technology ecosystems and how our tech fits in.
• Communicate simple and complex technical solutions clearly to IT and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Technical Buyers, CISO, and HRIS Analysts across timezones.
• Assist with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate cross-functional responses.
• Create integration architecture diagrams and technical assets for reuse.
• Support internal enablement of sales on platform and technology capabilities.
