Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join our sales team, focusing on the technical aspects of the sales process and engaging with CIOs, HRIS analysts, and other buyers. You will build architectures, demos, and integrations to demonstrate Cornerstone capabilities.

You will collaborate with Sales, RVPs, and Engineering to translate technology into client value, lead discovery, and stay current on product and industry trends, while supporting enablement across teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
• Experience with SaaS, HCM, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demonstrations and technical assets for product solutions.
• Lead conversations on system architecture, security, and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Engineering to win deals.
• Support Enablement and provide post-sale technical guidance.
