Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in the United States seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team and educate customers on our latest technologies. You will win key technical buyers by presenting, demoing, and explaining how our product solves their business needs.

Focus areas include AI governance, security, privacy, cloud architecture, integrations, and data flows. You will build technical assets, support enablement, and stay current with regulatory and industry trends to drive deals.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of pre-sales experience with a focus on cloud environments.
• Strong ability to convey technical value to both technical and business buyers.
• Experience with SaaS products and enterprise software sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Convey value proposition for customers through presentations, live demos, and Q&A.
• Align technology with client needs and understand their ecosystems.
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and map customer signals to outcomes, coordinating with implementation teams.
• Create integration architectures, technical assets, and client-facing materials from scratch.
• Assist with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current on privacy, security, AI governance, and industry standards.
