Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Senior Manager, Dealer Solutions Execution & Programs to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Dealer Solutions portfolio. You will own programs from concept through implementation, partnering with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations in a highly matrixed environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence priorities, and drive accountability for execution with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of program management or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, product launches, and business priorities from planning through implementation.
• Own project outcomes, establish clear plans, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and partners to influence outcomes and achieve results without direct authority.
• Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and independently resolve issues to maintain momentum on critical initiatives.
• Drive customer engagement programs, advisory councils, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready communications, progress updates, and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance execution, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
