Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead channel partner engagements across North America, focusing on HPE storage and data protection solutions. You will design, demonstrate, and position resilient storage architectures and drive technical sales cycles with partners and customers.

You’ll translate complex requirements into validated architectures, mentor teams, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic technical guidance and hands-on demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise storage architectures (block/file/object).
• Advanced knowledge of storage sizing, performance, availability, replication, migration, and operational best practices.
• 7-10+ years of experience in storage architecture, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams on HPE storage solutions.
• Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, design, sizing, workload assessments, and migrations.
• Design and position HPE enterprise storage and Fibre Channel SAN solutions.
• Architect backup, cyber resiliency, and disaster recovery solutions aligned to customer objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partners and customers.
