Job summary

Seqera is seeking a technical generalist in Professional Services to onboard clients to the Seqera Platform (Cloud and Enterprise) across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will design and deploy infrastructure, automate deployments, and work directly with clients to understand their needs while maintaining security and compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales and Scientific Development on pre-sales, PoCs, and deployments, and you will be the senior technical presence ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP with multi-cloud capabilities.
• Proficiency in Terraform and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash; IaC mindset and CI/CD awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and deployment across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Build repeatable deployment tooling with pre-flight checks and documentation.
• Engage with clients to elicit requirements and ensure security/compliance alignment.
• Partner with Sales and Scientific Development for pre-sales and PoCs.
• Act as senior escalation point to translate recurring issues into durable fixes.
