Job summary

Saturn Cloud is seeking a Solutions Architect (Remote – US) to partner with prospects and customers to design technical solutions, prove value quickly, and guide adoption from evaluation through expansion. The role combines pre-sales leadership with hands-on implementation, in a remote-first environment.

You'll deliver demos, architect end-to-end solutions, build POCs, and align with product and engineering to improve onboarding and scalability for customers across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong foundations in cloud infrastructure and architecture (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
• Practical experience with Python-based data/ML stacks (e.g., Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Comfort with containers and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to lead technical discovery, articulate tradeoffs, and build customer trust.
• Excellent communication skills: can translate between business goals and technical implementation.
• US-based and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, workflows, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Saturn Cloud (workspaces, orchestration, compute, networking, security, observability).
• Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots, define evaluation plans, and guide customers to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft technical strategy for accounts, including solution proposals and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate field feedback, influence roadmap, and improve onboarding patterns.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures, demo environments, best-practice guides, and enablement materials.
• Support customer handoff to Customer Success/Support and stay engaged through early adoption milestones.
• Be a trusted technical advisor on scalability, cost optimization, security posture, and production readiness.
