Job summary

Seqera is seeking a technical generalist in Professional Services to onboard clients to Seqera Platform (Cloud and Enterprise) and tailor deployments to each client's security and compliance posture.

You will deploy cloud infrastructure, build repeatable tools, and work across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments while collaborating with scientists and DevOps teams to drive production-ready implementations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cloud deployment experience across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• "You are comfortable deploying environments, configuring networking, TLS, IAM and secrets."

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments from requirements to deployment.
• Stand up the environment the Platform runs in and the compute it dispatches to, including networking, DNS, TLS, private CAs, IAM and secrets, container runtimes, and storage.
• Deliver deployments within client constraints while guiding their IT through changes, respecting security/compliance posture.
• Build tools that make deployment repeatable and safe for non-experts with tests and clear documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Scientific Development to shape solutions and run pre-sales deployments.
• Act as a senior escalation point, turning recurring client problems into lasting fixes with internal teams.
