Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Technical Services Engineer III in the United States to build deep knowledge of the platform and support clients from integration through post-launch optimization. You will design and support technical solutions across our SaaS platform to ensure reliability and scalability.

You will collaborate with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, and Engineering to guide integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide ongoing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or tech-driven company with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of design, implementation, and support of client solutions on SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of impact.com’s products and platform capabilities.
• Support design, implementation and ongoing management of technical integrations, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions to deliver seamless onboarding and strong post-launch support.
• Own client technical issues end-to-end from investigation to resolution and communication.
• Manage incoming technical requests via ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify trends and communicate risks and insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and training materials.
