impact.com is seeking a Lead Technical Services Engineer in Columbus to act as a senior technical authority, mentor peers, and liaison between clients, Product, and Engineering. You will lead enterprise integrations, own critical escalations, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive platform improvements with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, SaaS platforms, and customer-facing technical support or services.
• Experience as a technical lead, mentor, or senior escalation point.
• Ability to analyze logs, data, and system behavior to troubleshoot complex issues, including writing SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise integrations and author technical documentation to ensure client success.
• Own and resolve high-priority escalations from peers and clients with urgency.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and advocate for platform improvements.
• Mentor and coach TSEs, serving as a peer escalation point.
• Identify recurring issues and drive scalable solutions to improve platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain advanced troubleshooting documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Success, and other teams to improve the client lifecycle.
• Lead internal training sessions to scale technical knowledge across the team.
