Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior-level Professional Services leadership role in the United States. You will oversee a team of 10-15+ consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrades, and security engagements across Cortex products.

Drive LOEs, SOWs, milestones, and revenue targets while ensuring high CSAT. Responsibilities include guiding service delivery, partnering with Sales, managing escalations, and onboarding external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+.
• Deep knowledge of SOC, IR, security controls, and SOAR.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD DevOps.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10-15+ consultants, including hiring, growth and scheduling.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC, Endpoint, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs and LOEs.
• Manage client relationships and safeguard project timelines.
• Onboard/train third-party partners and contractors for project work.
• Collaborate with PMO on planning and training content.
