Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is hiring a senior leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive business growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high customer satisfaction. Remote role with travel up to 20% across North America.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing large, complex technical projects (3+ years).
• Deep security and operations knowledge across SOC, IR, CSOs, SOAR, and threat mitigation.
• Cloud/DevOps experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, AppSec.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture, AppSec and automation.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, draft SOWs and LOEs, and pitch consulting packages.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners, ensuring internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop new service offerings.
