Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise governance and leadership within SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years leading M&A integrations in GTM or Customer Success environments.
• Proven track record governing multi‑million‑dollar post‑sales initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms and SaaS lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze P&L, utilization, and margin trends for executive decision making.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership roadmaps into cross‑functional execution plans with clear ownership.
• Audit and validate core performance metrics (utilization, revenue, margins) with Finance and BUs.
• Operationalize AI readiness and modernize reporting frameworks across delivery teams.
• Govern subcontracting, external partners, and post‑sale integration across functions.
• Distill complex data into executive briefings and surface risks to maintain momentum.
