Qualificações

• Experience with technical service or field service for packaging equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient and timely technical assistance to customers on packaging equipment operations.
• Service customer equipment and maintain optimum performance of equipment and materials.
• Perform and complete package/shrink bag and machine audits; identify issues and recommend fixes.
