Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist in Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry & Omics to grow analytical instrument markets with a consultative sales approach.

Remote position for US-based candidates. Compensation ranges from $112,400 to $168,650 annually, with incentives and comprehensive benefits. You will partner with account teams, present at seminars, and drive complex deals to support customer success in omics workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in analytical/instrument markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a science-related field.
• Strong understanding of omics workflows, especially proteomics/metabolomics.
• Experience conducting seminars/presentations for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new client opportunities and prioritize sales efforts.
• Support Account Managers in uncovering and executing opportunities.
• Develop and drive sales strategies for product lines.
• Build relationships with decision makers and align goals.
• Lead the sales funnel and forecast with sales teams.
• Provide technical training to improve sales confidence.
• Represent the organization at seminars/workshops and generate leads.
