Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Southeast region. The role is remote, field-based and covers AR, LA, MS, and OK, with the goal of driving growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new business.

The successful candidate will leverage BDAL knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring a chemistry/biochemistry background with 5+ years of sales experience. Competitive base salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or equivalent scientific degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years' sales experience in related industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Teams and MS Office; ability to learn new software.
• Desirable to have Bruker software experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds territory sales targets by growing sales in current accounts and closing new accounts.
• Forecasts prospects and maintains a prospects list matching sales targets.
• Interprets customer needs and articulates BDAL value proposition.
• Cultivates key accounts and develops a business plan for the territory.
• Provides territory information, forecasts, and reports to BDAL management.
• Collaborates with internal resources to enhance customer interaction.
• Maintains and enhances technical knowledge of BDAL products and competition.
• Gathers knowledge to discuss commercial contract terms.
