Composites One is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support customers in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. You will manage customer relationships, promote advanced composites solutions, and drive revenue in your assigned territory.

The role requires a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn internal databases and software systems. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver value while meeting sales budgets and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the composites industry or industrial manufacturing sales/customer service with a proven track record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal databases and software systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contact and relationships in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
• Grow sales revenue and meet territory budget, GPM and profitability targets.
• Identify targets, plan calls, and build strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate product opportunities and feedback to internal teams.
• Protect and grow sales in the assigned territory; optimize ROI.
